    This hotel was so good! From the warm welcome to the comfortable accommodations, every moment was good. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, so many delicious options! Its prime location near major shopping malls made exploring easy. It's safe, well-staffed, and genuinely feels like home. I can't wait to return!

    Absolutely fantastic hotel. The service from door man, to reception, food and beverage, and housekeeping is outstanding. They have earned my business from now on, and this hotel will be the recommended hotel for our company when staying in Medellin.

    Our hotel is set in a central location really close to the best restaurants, and shops and restaurants and ample availability of taxis. Prego Gelateria with coffee & goodies is 400 feet walk away.

    Had a fantastic stay! The restaurant serves delicious food every time. The room was comfy and clean, though furnishings seemed a bit dated. Would definitely come back!

    I had a good experience at this Hotel, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was always someone to help in front of the Hotel, whether you needed a Cap, direction are simple information. You can always get something to eat in the Hotel, no matter what time it is. The maid that cleaned ower room made us feel very comfortable she was very nice. Your in walking distance from two huge shopping mall and good restaurants.You have two Casinos next door. I highly recoment this Hotel.

    comfortable stay , but room for improvement

    The staff exceeded my expectations, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast options catered to various tastes. I particularly loved the view from my room with a fine skyline after sunset.

    There was a noticeable level of noise from outside that disrupted my sleep occasionally.

    The breakfast offered wonderful variety, and the staff were friendly. The location, with shops and restaurants nearby, couldn't be better. The beds felt a bit hard for my taste. A great experience!
